At Find Focus, Rachael offer’s compassionate and non-judgmental support to help you navigate your emotional and psychological needs. Whether you're dealing with stress, grief, trauma, or life transitions, I'm here to support you every step of the way.

Services Offered:

Therapeutic Services are available in-person, via phone, or online. My hours are designed to accommodate different schedules:

  • Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 7:30 PM

These flexible hours, including after-standard working hours, are aimed at providing support for those working full-time.

Supporting Adults and Young People

I work with both adults and young people, offering therapy tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual. Additionally, I have extensive experience supporting the FIFO (Fly-In, Fly-Out) community as someone that once worked as an underground miner I have a unique understanding of the challenges faced by individuals living this lifestyle and their family.

Real Talk

The "Real Talk" course is designed to engage and explore on the importance of consent, healthy relationships, and preventing sexual harm. It aims to equip participants with essential knowledge and skills to make informed decisions, communicate effectively, and create a culture of respect. Through interactive discussions, relevant examples, and practical exercises, this course will foster a safe and inclusive environment to address sensitive topics related to sexual harm prevention.

Our program offers a holistic approach that addresses both sleep and mental health. Our program is a comprehensive solution that tackles the root causes of sleep disturbances and provides tools for improving mental well-being.

Sleep Talk will reduced stress and anxiety, increased mood and energy levels, enhanced cognitive function, improved focus, and overall better mental health.
