Programs for staff

At Find Focus the primary objective of our programs is to teach people how to relax, restore, rejuvenate and remember how to sleep. This is done through Psychological Education, Yin Yoga and Meditation and Mindfulness. These services are all grounded in the foundations of Psychology. Find Focus holds one on one sessions and group classes that are tailored to meet individual needs and address concerns within the workplace such as burnout, stress and sleep disturbance.

Programs that use Mindfulness are one of the few approaches and treatments to be beneficial in reducing anxiety, depression, acute stress, trauma and burnout, with no negative side effects. Program participants may experience an increase in concentration and energy, decreased levels of stress, improved sleep and rest, increased self and body awareness, and improved capacity to manage individual responses to stressful situations.

Program prices start for groups of 15 people for 2.5 hours: $1875.
